This is a piece of art in Club Row. The artist is 50 years old and he spent 2000 £ to make this. It's called portal and it is dedicated to his son who took his life away one year ago. He is one of the most passionate artist according to our guide. He started using concrete, that was cheap. Now he is using a non toxic resyne. If you look for "portal" by Citizen Kane you'll find a video that tells this story.

And now we discover the story of the famous 2008 Barak Obama's portrait during the electoral campaign "The portrait that came to symbolize the historic campaign of President Barack Obama has made its permanent home only a few blocks from the White House at the National Portrait Gallery. The piece, created by Los Angeles artist Shepard Fairey, came to the museum through the generosity of Washington, D.C., art collectors Heather and Tony Podesta, in honor of Tony Podesta’s mother, the late Mary K. Podesta." www.npg.si.edu
